Chief Executive Officer
Mac Gwozdz was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the AMMEGA Group and a member of the Group Executive Committee in October 2020. In this role, he holds several board mandates within the AMMEGA Group.
Mac has over 23 years of industry experience.
Mac came to the AMMEGA Group from Outokumpu, Finland, a world-leading stainless-steel supplier, where he headed the Business Area Europe as well as Global R&D and Operational Excellence.
Prior to Outokumpu, Mac served at ZF Friedrichshafen AG, a Tier 1 automotive supplier, as Senior Vice-President of the Steering Europe division, headquartered in Germany.
Prior to ZF Group, Mac served in several capacities at TRW Automotive, a leading supplier of automotive safety systems. His final role with them was as Vice-President of the company’s Steering Europe division, headquartered in Dusseldorf. His previous position was as Operations Director in England. He was also a legal representative of TRW Automotive at HEMA TRW Otomotiv Direksiyon Sistemleri, Turkey. Mac started with TRW in Poland.
Mac Gwozdz began his professional path at the brewing firm, SAB, in the HR function.
Mac serves as a Non-Executive Director and Board Member at Oras Group.
Mac holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management/WHU, USA/Germany.
Cem Cukurel was appointed Chief Sales Officer of the AMMEGA Group in July 2026. Previously, he was President of the Region South & Product Line Power Transmission. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Group Executive Committee.
Prior to the formation of the AMMEGA Group, Cem held key roles for the Megadyne Group, including that of Chief Executive Officer of Turkey, the Middle East and Africa from 2013; Chief Executive Officer of Turkey, the Middle East, Africa and India from 2017; and Chief Executive Officer of EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) from 2018.
Cem joined the Megadyne Group from Rultrans A.S., where he rose to become Managing Director. He first joined Rultrans A.S. in 1993 as a Procurement Specialist and later held various positions in logistics and sales.
Cem is a graduate of Bilkent University, where he studied Business Administration and Management.

Prior to joining the AMMEGA Group, Emil served as Vice-President Global Head of Manufacturing Engineering at HELLA in Lippstadt, Germany.
Prior to his tenure at HELLA, he served as Managing Director of the ZF TRW Bielsko-Biała and Czechowice-Dziedzice plants in Poland. Emil Słaboń joined the automotive supplier in 2004, first serving as a Process Engineer.
Emil holds an EMBA degree in Business Administration from ESSEC and Mannheim Business School and a Master’s degree in Automation from AGH University of Kraków, Poland.
Fred Pensotti was appointed Executive Vice President – Chief Financial Officer of the AMMEGA Group and a member of the Group Executive Committee as of July 2025.
Fred, a citizen of Italy and the U.S., has more than 20 years of strategic business and financial leadership experience across diverse industries, including significant expertise working within private equity portfolio companies.
Fred joined AMMEGA from Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood & Anxiety, a U.S. national leader in behavioral health and eating disorder treatment, where he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and then interim Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to that, Fred was the CFO of Landstar Systems Inc., a NASDAQ-listed U.S.-based provider of integrated transportation management solutions.
Earlier in his career, Fred held various CFO and Director-level roles across diverse sectors including logistics, wholesale distribution, investment management, airlines, and software solutions.
Fred holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Texas and an MBA from Cornell University. Additionally, he is certified as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Edward (Ted) Przybylowicz was appointed Chief Commercial Officer of the AMMEGA Group in July 2026.
Ted is an accomplished global business leader with more than 30 years of international commercial and business management experience. Before joining AMMEGA, he spent over 20 years at Hilti, where he held a series of senior leadership roles across sales, marketing, product management, and business development.
Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Business Unit Head for Power Tools & Accessories, leading the global business unit and driving commercial growth, innovation, and customer-centric product strategies.
Ted holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, a Master of Science in Software Development and Management, and an MBA from IMD Business School.
